Let's go deeper, cigarettes were made unaffordable in the late 99s and early 2000s. Keeping this in mind, lung cancer graphs do not show any significant drop in cancer or rise. If the health and research departments that supposedly monitor these statistics were to say, hey, this is not working, they stand to lose millions in tax dollars for their "research". This makes them compromised and more likely to produce reports that do not show true figures and are therefore falsified to continue the useless funding. Let's go down that rabbit hole, if documents are falsified to maintain government funding, who is accountable? It's not the company that falsified the documents in my opinion, but the unmanaged funding of fraudulent claims that taxes on cigarettes are generating fewer people smoking. Has the Government lost all sense of sanity? How did Al Capone make his fortune, wasn't it government banning alcohol? Yet here we are again? Out of touch with no forward thinking whatsoever. Is eosinophilia related to mast Cell activation or is celiac disease responsible of it? Is the il15 also responsible ?

I was diagnosed with celiac disease ( Marsh 3b), then non responsive celiac disease, then Gerd with gastroparesis and then EoE. EoE was the only marker on my blood test since I have a seronegative celiac disease. On thursday I am going to have my first colonoscopy. ( Vitamin b12,folate and iron malabsortion unfortunately)

Can we say that if the myotomy extends beyond 1 cm on the stomach ( usually required ) an anti- reflux procedure ( wrap ) has to be added to myotomy . Lap myotomy is comparable to POEM though its efficacy is less than POEM in type 3 achalasia. Whereas reflux is higher in Poem than Heller.

My child ended up having achalasia.she cant swolloe her food or drink anything due to regurgitation. She had lost wt in a wk and it took 5-4 ER visits. She had an ensophical-intestinal-series(barum given to see how far contrast gos down) it got stuck in her lower part of her insophagus. Now shes on an NPO (nothing by mouth) and now had to be tube fed for a few wks until we get a motility test to see what type of achalasia she has. If you feel you may have this i suggest an Endoscopy, thats how i found out. Good luck to everyone that is suffering from this
